Staff were friendly and courteous. The hold hotel, though old but had a renovation I believe, is in a great location with in the main city centre. The concierge staff, receptionists and business centre staffs were great in service and accommodating your requests at no delay.

The service at the main restaurant could be improved. the staffs were not anticipating the guests requirements and instead had to wait long to grab theri attention during my breakfast. Had to wait long for some one to offer tea/coffee though the restaurant was not busy. Employing some new energetic staff would be the best remedy as most of the existing ones were like with no aggression and "I know my job" attitude..

Located in a central area close to a Thai restaurant and a small mall, this hotel is a great choice for exploring the city. the rooms are comfortable and equipped with both a tub and shower. the breakfast buffet, which includes smoked salmon, fresh salmon, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes, and French cheese, is exceptional. the staff provides a high level of service, including complimentary airport transportation and extended stays upon request.

The hotel's decor is slightly dated and the bathroom fixtures could use an update.

We were impressed with the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly. The location was great, with easy transportation to several famous landmarks and a small but nice mall.
